We have a money back guarantee for faulty printing that has been correctly prepared for offset printing. We cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction if artwork has not been correctly prepared for offset printing by an offset press experienced qualified graphic designer . A refund of all monies will be paid back to you within 30 days, provided we receive the ordered items back in the condition in which they were sent including packaging.

Cancellation of an order

Cancellation of an order will incur a 10% administration fee (with a minimum of $50) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable.

When placing an order online, it is final and cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated costs
